Diagon Alley and Environs Tweaked by our Master Builder...

Master builder for Lost Paradise grid Doc Falworth has floored us again with another custom build, this one for the square in Dickens Plaza.

If you haven’t visited here yet (hypergrid with this URI: lpgrid.com:8002:Dickens Plaza) the theme is loosely based on Harry Potter, with several of the stores named after shops in Diagon Alley.   Our rendition features a busy urban district circa turn of the 20th century London.  The region is ringed by vast mountains and a few steam-punk flying machines made by Vbianna R of Steam in Osgrid.

Now, Doc has applied his handiwork to the central square, and made it into beautiful English style garden with fountains.  Dotted around the square are our Dickens “residents” doing everything from watching the fountains to reading a fresh edition of The Daily Prophet.

The square also features the Flying Hackney by Vbianna, anyone is free to take a jaunt over the streets.  A small residential area of Victorian –era homes ring the square.

We have a few small shops in this area, one featuring “Magical Pets” where you can get a pet Snowy Owl or Dragon.  There are many other shops for rent for the price of free. If you have steam-punk wares you would like to sell (for free or for profit) please stop by and join our merchants group and claim a spot.
Dickens Plaza is in a busy part of the Heritage Estate, bordered by our popular residential sim, Bramford and our modern club area, Westhorpe (connected by a custom causeway and bridge).

Enjoy the new pictures below

Come visit, come shop and say hello.

Doc ponders what he will next tweak in this collaborative build.  One of his lady friends admires the fountain behind him.

A new store for one of the street corners with a uniquely angled facade.

The Docks area features a somewhat grimy, gritty and big turn of the century warehouse and lofts. For rent!

View of the dock area. Note the large Dirigible in the background. Yes, you can go in it!
Overview of the new square with the English styled fountain. Hmmm I think this balloon should be flyable....

The Wesley brothers opened a joke shop in Diagon Alley called Wesley Wizards Wheezes.  Here is our rendition. We have left it bare for a new tenant.
